Privacy Policy
Movon World is a private photo-delivery application. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the mobile app and related website.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google or Apple, Firebase Authentication provides a unique account ID and may provide your name, email address, and profile image. Apple may provide a private relay email if you choose Hide My Email. We store these basic profile details so your photographer can identify your account and assign the correct photo collection.
We store collection-assignment information associated with your Firebase account ID. The assignment is not displayed to other users.
If you use Book a Shoot, we store the details you submit, including your contact email, phone or WhatsApp number, shoot type, preferred date, location, notes, and request status.
Photographs and conversion
Photograph previews and original camera files are transferred directly to your device from the configured storage service. RAW-to-JPEG conversion happens on your device. Movon World does not upload selected photographs to its own image-processing server.
Thumbnails and previews may be cached in app-controlled device storage to improve performance. Temporary original camera files are removed after conversion or cancellation. Your device operating system may remove cached previews automatically.
Analytics and diagnostics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand basic product usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose application failures. Collection links, filenames, decryption information, and photograph contents are not intentionally sent as analytics or diagnostic properties.
Rewarded advertising
When you choose to unlock a photo download, Movon World may show a rewarded advertisement provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may process information such as your device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic data in order to deliver, measure, and protect advertising. Where required, Google’s consent form is shown before ads are requested.
Photograph contents, filenames, private collection links, and storage decryption information are not sent to AdMob. If an advertisement is unavailable because of connectivity, consent status, or ad inventory, the photo download can continue without it.
How information is used

- Detect failures and protect the service.
Sharing and service providers
We use Google Firebase for authentication, account-to-collection configuration, shoot booking storage, analytics, diagnostics, and website hosting, and Google AdMob for rewarded advertising. Your device also communicates with the storage service selected by the photographer in order to retrieve the assigned photographs.
Retention and deletion
Profile, assignment, and shoot booking data is retained while it is needed to provide the service and coordinate requested shoots. You can permanently delete your Movon World account from the profile menu in the app or through our account deletion page. Deletion removes your Firebase login, app profile, collection assignment, notification tokens, and shoot booking requests. It does not delete the photographer’s source archive, your Google or Apple account, or photos already saved on your device.
Security
Database rules restrict users to their own assignment. Administrative access requires an authorized Google account. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access is limited and sensitive collection information is excluded from public list views and telemetry.
Your choices
You may sign out at any time, disable notifications from your profile menu, remove locally saved JPEGs through your device, and delete your app account without contacting support.
Children
Movon World is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended to knowingly collect their personal information.
